Bywahawhaw, I definitely plan to make him someday, but probably not anytime soon. Let me make incoherent noises because when I do get to him I’ll be splurging and trying to go over the top and I hope whoever cosplay Kamui with me is just as willing! I love Subaru and Kamui’s counterparts in Tsubasa so much! Here’s hoping that CLAMP will delve into the vampires’ backstory more.

AnimeNext 2012 is currently my only guaranteed convention this year! I’m definitely wearing Fuwa Fuwa Time Mio in the summertime, probably outside the convention! It’s very possible that I’ll add more to the list, but as of now, I’m only certain about these!  Can’t wait to work on them ahhh

Day 7 - The character you have cosplayed that is most similar to you (if none that you have cosplayed, then one that you will cosplay)

Tsukimi Kurashita - Kuragehime

Because we’re both a little introverted, and sometimes just want to hole up into a simple little world and become a jellyfish. Tsukimi is naive about the world and dwells in her own insecurities, and suddenly she’s stepping into this whole new world of beauty that she didn’t think she would ever care about, discovering how exciting it is and how confident she could be. As I followed the series, I was able to relate to her character more and more, and couldn’t help but root her on. I’m really excited to cosplay her at the coming convention! Plus, she’s a freckle-face like me haha!

Day 6 - Your favourite cosplay (that you have done)

This is a tough one! 

I would say Rin from Magnet, CD Back Cover version! I first saw the costume when I browsed a vocaloid cosplay tag of Japanese cosplayers. The outfits were so white and pristine and frilly that I just fell in love with them *u*

I really enjoyed the whole process from finding all the right materials, to making it, to wearing it with my group. I remembered all the workshop days at my house when I stole Brella over and to make the dresses and craft the headphones. I was also nervous asking Laura to be my Len, but she was totally cool with it and we made a fantastic pair of twins! During ANext, we ended up having a huge group with all of the main vocaloids with my group as well as Asta and Sonteen’s groups! The memories~~
